After the holiday it is back to life, back to reality. Which unfortunately means no time for extensive cooking and dining. That is why we give you the recipe for this mega tasteful and super easy lasagne. You can easily prepare it in 10 minutes in the morning and when it is time to put in the oven, it's ready in 20 minutes! Easy or not?
4 normal portions
250 grams fresh lasagne (if you can't find fresh lasagne you can also use the dried version, but at least double the oven time)
4 balls mozzarella
200 grams air dried ham (prosciutto)
500 gram cherry tomatoes
2 small cloves of fresh garlic
20 grams fresh basil
200 grams sour cream
70 grams grated Parmesan cheese
Slice the cherry tomatoes in 4
Tear up the mozzarella
Tear the ham in 4 parts
Grease the oven dish with olive oil
Cover the entire bottom of the oven dish with fresh lasagne
Top it of with 1/3 of the tomatoes, mozzarella, ham, basil and garlic
Cover it with lasagne sheets and top it of again with tomatoes, mozzarella, ham, basil and garlic
Repeat these 2 steps another time and top it of with a 4th layer of fresh lasagne sheets
Spread the sour cream over the lasagne
Top it of with the greater Parmesan cheese
Put it in a oven of 225C for 20-30 minutes. Make sure you cover the dish with aluminium foil if the top gets too dark.
Serve it with a salad or just enjoy by itself.
