RECIPE - CHRISTMAS SALAD
I love these festive Christmas dinners with lots of great dishes but around the Boxing day lunch I am a bit fed up with all that eating. To avoid this feeling a salad is the best solution! And not just any salad...a salad full of veggies, with lots of taste, a colourful appearance and without any dressing.

Ingredients
1 pear
2 oranges
2 finely chopped endives
100 grams baby spinach
75 grams julienne sliced beetroot
1 finely chopped fennel
seeds of 1 pomegranate
150 grams soft gorgonzola
How to
Make a good preparation by making sure all the ingredients are nicely chopped and ready
Slice of the top and bottom of the oranges and then cut of the skin. Segment the oranges by cutting out the meat between the membranes. Do this above bowl to collect the juice.
Wash the pear and cut it in thin slices, leaving the skin on
Take a nice dish and mix the endives, spinach, beetroot and fennel
Add the segmented oranges, orange juice and sliced pear
Take the seeds out of the pomegranate above the salad, so the juice will drip on the salad
Cut pieces of the gorgonzola and dress nicely over the salad
Enjoy!
